If you are sending a newsletter or you are sending bulk email marketing campaigns to promote your business, product or service, most of the time your message is not going to be 100% delivered. There are ‘not-too-clever’ Spam Filters in action trying to stop your email message to reach the inbox of your subscribers; What can we do about it?
A low cost and clever way to do it is by:
1. You can use an online tool before you send your email message to find out what’s your spam score and make some changes:

2. If you are using Interspire Email Marketer you can use their built-in Interspire SPAM Checker tool.
3. You can use some common sense 
Before using those tools try to write your subject line & email message, then review it and try to think like an ‘anti spam filter activist‘ by disguising or changing some of the words that MUST be on your email message to make sense and communicate the right message. Your email message needs to make sense and communicate, promote and explain what is the purpose of you email message in a clear way.
